Mike Chiccine and his team did an excellent job with a recent water problem in my basement. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in a professional, friendly manner. Mike explained each aspect of the clean-up and kept me informed of new developments. The team was considerate of my schedule and my pets. This was a stressful situation for me and I had little experience dealing with insurance adjusters, conflicting bids from plumbers, and advice from neighbors. Finding mold in you house is rough. Then realizing what it will take to get it out of your house, rougher! SERVPRO understands that and they were kind and courteous to my not so happy attitude. I recommend you use them when you need mold removed from you house.
