We had a fire with loss in the garage and smoke damage in the house that got into all our belongings. SERVPRO and their staff were excellent to work with from start to finish...and did everything possible to make sure any stress and worry on my part would be a minimum. All our things were boxed and tagged and returned in marked boxes for easy unpacking. No item was damaged or lost. The night of our fire, I was told that my insurance had hired a restoration company for me to use.  I was told they would take pictures of my unit and send them to the insurance company.   So I started to gather what I wanted to save and put it aside.  After multiple texts and calls, I was getting no response from the (original) company.  After a couple weeks it became apparent that company would not help.  So I called SERVPRO in a panic, explaining the situation, and they were very understanding and came out the next day.  We worked up a plan and got into action.  I did manage to save most of my important things.  I would recommend SERVPRO to a lot of people.  They saved the day!
