Maintaining Business During a Flood

Maintaining business during a flood can be hectic.  Follow these steps to help during this time. A flood has the potential to create a big mess for your business. Here are some tips on how to stay open for your customers after flooding:

1. Your first call should be to your local SERVPRO. The sooner our teams are on site working the faster the job will get done. A good idea is to tell the Project Manager which areas of the building you are most concerned about.
2. Essential personnel should share office space or work remotely. Continuing to work is the most important way to keep clients.
3. Backup all important information to your computer or an online database. Losing your data would be disastrous for your company.
